"High above the clouds, it is said that you will find the well. And that if you were to drink from thy well, your wishes may come true..." Assets in Maya, ZBrush, and Painter, rendered in Unreal Engine 5. This project started with an experiment in using displacement maps to generate initial mesh details in ZBrush, starting with the well. Once the well was complete, the rest of the island and story were tackled next. This was also the first new project after having a new baby come into our lives, so it served very much as an exercise of patience working on a project for only 10-15 minute increments at a time for most of it.
